If you receive your order and you were sent the wrong products or the goods are defective or damaged, please email us at:   Please include a description of the goods, your full name, contact details and tax invoice number.  A photo of damage would be appreciated. If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind about it, please contact us to discuss the options. Restocking fees of 20% apply.


Warranty Claims are handled directly by the manufacturer.  A Warranty Claim form is available by going into your products manufacturers website. Important things to remember: - freight cost is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in any warranty claims, -no goods will be accepted without a copy of the Tax Invoice, -ensure email addresses are added to your order correctly, -write a short explaination of the problem.
